Randle W. Case II, President
Mr. Case is a Colorado Springs, Colorado native and was educated in Colorado Springs through high school. Mr. Case has a Bachelor's Degree with a double emphasis in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. He has a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Denver, Denver, Colorado, and is a Colorado Licensed Attorney. Additionally, Mr. Case is a Colorado Licensed Real Estate Broker and Title Insurance Agent. Since 1979, Mr. Case has worked on family real estate projects. In the recent ten years, Mr. Case has had extensive experience in the day-to-day operations of the Company, including site acquisitions and contract drafting, contractor supervision, negotiations, site reviews, financing, analysis, zoning, public hearing appearances, development, marketing, and sales. Mr. Case has served in numerous capacities on boards, committees, and task-forces serving industry associations and the public. During his undergraduate and graduate education, Mr. Case continued to work in the family company. In addition to his responsibilities as Company President, Mr. Case is a licensed practicing attorney providing general counsel to the Company.
Lindsay J. Case, Vice-President/Treasurer
Mr. Case is a Colorado Springs, Colorado native and was educated in Colorado Springs through high school. He has a Bachelor's Degree from Westmont College, Santa Barbara, California, and a Master's Degree in Business with an emphasis in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. Mr. Case is a Colorado Licensed Real Estate Salesman. Mr. Case has completed studies at the New York Institute of Finance, specializing in Municipal Bonds and Public Finance. Mr. Case has spent the last seven years working in all phases of real estate, including site selection, site acquisition, site review, negotiations, financing, marketing, developmental, and sales. He has served in numerous capacities on boards, committees, and task-forces serving the industry associations and the public. During his undergraduate and graduate education, Mr. Case continued to work in the family company. In addition to his responsibilities as Company Vice-President, Mr. Case oversees the Company financial matters.
Robert A. Case, Vice-President/Secretary
Robert A Case is a Colorado Springs, Colorado native and was educated in Colorado Springs and Denver through high school. Mr. Case is a graduate of the Colorado Institute of Art, Denver, Colorado, with an Associate's Degree in Business with an emphasis in Music and Video Business. He completed studies at Community College of Denver in Business Administration and Marketing. During his college education, Mr. Case worked with the Western Area Power Administration in the Human Resources Davison of the Department Of Energy in Golden, Colorado. After finishing his college studies, Mr. Case went to work for a short time for Better Homes & Gardens (GMAC) in Colorado Springs, selling residential homes. During that time there, his listings had the highest open house showings for prospective buyers in the company's history due to his marketing efforts and background. Mr. Case is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker Associate. In recent years, Mr. Case has had extensive experience in the day-to-day operations of the companies, including management, marketing, and financing.
Mr. Case and Bryan T. Long, his business partner, own Windmill Development LLC, which manages SageCreek South, a 118 Lot Residential Development Residential Development in El Paso County.
In addition to this, Mr. Case has two separate entertainment music publishing companies that he started and has developed intellectual properties as well.
Ryan Case, Real Estate Investment Associate
Ryan Case has joined Case International Company as a Real Estate Investment Associate. Ryan received his Bachelor Degree in Integrative Physiology (Pre-Med emphasis) with a Minor in Entrepreneurship from The University of Colorado at Boulder. While attending school, he obtained his Colorado Real Estate License in 2016 and has been involved in residential, commercial and land transactions.

Bryan T. Long, Broker Associate
Mr. Bryan T. Long, and Robert Case his business partner, own Windmill Development LLC, which manages SageCreek South, a 118 Lot Residential Development Residential Development in El Paso County.
Melissa Owen, Office Manager
Melissa joined Case in 2018, and helps out with bookkeeping, maintenance, office management, and IT issues. She has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a while back, but decided she liked administrative work better. Kasandra Erbaugh, Executive Assistant
Kasandra joined Case in 2020, and helps out with reception, office management, bookkeeping, and other items as needed. She has four daughters and enough granddaughters for a baseball team!

Randle W. Case, C.E.O. 1937-2016
Randle "Randy" Case was educated through high school in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is a graduate of Colorado College in Colorado Springs and attended the University of Denver School of Law. Over several decades, his family built a reputation for real estate marketing and investment with J.L. Case Realty and its successors, The Case Company, Case International Company, Case Insurance Agency, and the family home-building company, Casco Homes. The business originally included his father, older brothers James (J.L.) and Art, and later, sister Geraldine Case McNeilly Spellman, and other family members.
For more than 50 years, he headed the family company, which historically served as the foreclosure property manager for the Veteran's Administration (VA) and Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD). He acted as managing broker supervising over 125 salespeople and five offices in metro Colorado Springs. During that time, he had a role in the sale of over 25,000 single-family and apartment homes as well as several thousand acres of ground in Colorado, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Texas. Mr. Case passed away after a 2+ year battle with pancreatic cancer in April of 2016.
